Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility will be to review customer profiles, KYC documents, and customer statistic data for onboarding, periodic review, and trigger event review. You will also monitor team performance, ensure compliance with relevant government regulations, and prepare and deliver training sessions on AML/CFT. Additionally, you will perform gap analyses to update policies and procedures and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of banking and finance principles, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills. You should also have experience working in a similar role, preferably in the banking or finance industry, and be familiar with Microsoft software and Chinese word processing. A degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required, and relevant qualifications such as CAMS or AAMLP Core Level would be an advantage.
