Job Title: VP, Team Head, Data Management Professional

About the Role:

DBS Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Management Professional to lead our team in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a key member of our Technology and Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data architecture strategies that enable business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data architecture strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead a team of data professionals in designing and implementing data solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and governance
  • Design and implement data platforms that enable scalable and high-performance data processing
  • Develop and maintain data models and data warehouses
  • Ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in data management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, engineering, or related field
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in cloud data architecture, data warehousing, and data governance
  • Strong technical skills in data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
