Our company, YCYW Education Network, is a leading provider of quality education in Hong Kong and beyond. We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, including sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing IT hardware, software, and services. They will also be responsible for maintaining and updating IT inventory, performing regular audits, and coordinating stock replenishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full procurement process, including sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing IT hardware, software, and services.
  • Maintain and update IT inventory, including hardware, software, and consumables.
  • Perform regular audits of stock to ensure accuracy and availability of critical equipment.
  • Coordinate stock replenishment to avoid shortages and ensure operational continuity.

In addition to these responsibilities, the IT Administrator will also be responsible for data management and analysis, using tools such as Microsoft Excel to analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends. They will provide actionable insights to improve procurement efficiency, optimize stock levels, and enhance IT operations.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in IT administration, procurement, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including managing contracts, tenders, and quotations.
  • Familiarity with electronic purchase systems and inventory management tools.
  • Excellent data management skills, with the ability to organize, analyze, and interpret complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analytic tools.
