**Job Description:**
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited.
**Responsibilities:
- Administer Windows systems, including setup and backup, software installation, patch upgrades, system monitoring, and health checks.
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance.
- Monitor capacity on systems and applications.
- Provide technical guidance and advice to project teams on system architecture design.
- Develop and maintain technical standards in line with Internal IT audit regulations.
- Serve as a technical advisor for junior system administrators.
**Requirements:**
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Windows 10 and Windows 2016/2019 Server administration.
- In-depth knowledge of technical infrastructure environments and experience in system architecture design.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows 2016/2019 Active Directory, Microsoft Cluster, SCCM, and middleware products like IIS.
- Proficiency in Windows PowerShell scripting.
- Experience with Redhat KVM and MS Exchange is a plus.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours for urgent production issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
- Experience in cloud/big data architecture design, system security, ISO 20K/ITIL is an advantage.
- Experience in IT inventory management and IT operation automation is an added value.
- Strong negotiation, procurement, budget, and financial management skills will be a definite advantage.
