Senior Marketing Manager Role

Job Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for enterprise solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive growth and revenue expansion.

Solution Development

Design and deliver end-to-end customer experiences across consultancy, onboarding, delivery, and post-sales stages. Develop full sets of marketing communications materials and terms and conditions for various solutions.

Performance Analysis and Partnership Management

Monitor and analyze performance metrics for vertical and horizontal enterprise solutions. Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive mutual success and expand market reach.

Event Planning and Execution

Conceptualize and implement solution and vertical events, including theme development, target segment identification, KPI establishment, and stakeholder liaison.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Telco or IT business, preferably in B2B segment.
  • Cross-functional leadership skills with exceptional organizational calibration and collaboration abilities.
  • Interest in technology, product, or solutions marketing, particularly in 4G/LTE, connectivity solutions, and IoT/M2M.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
  • Excellent team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailed-oriented and proficient in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
Compensation and Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team. We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
