Job Summary

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Youth Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of our Youth S.P.O.T. program, working closely with internal units, NGOs, and community stakeholders to execute and monitor pilot projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively participate in and support the Youth S.P.O.T. development
  • Execute and monitor the progress of pilot projects
  • Work closely with internal units, NGOs' ICYSCs, community, and relevant stakeholders
  • Be open-minded to learn and use online youth engagement, app applications, and data analysis
  • Work independently and with flexibility

Requirements

Study Fields:

Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in Communications, Digital Marketing, language, and public administration

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong market and business sense for social good

Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Proficiency in writing and communication skills

Be tech-savvy

Familiarity with youth social services in Hong Kong

Personal Attributes:

Independent workability

Flexibility in work

Creativity with a mindset for technology

Talkative and outgoing
