Job Summary

The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups is seeking a skilled Youth Work Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our counselling and wellness centre, you will be responsible for developing and executing wellness-related courses for youth, including content development, premises utilization, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement wellness programs for youth, including courses and workshops
  • Liaise with partners to develop and deliver services
  • Develop and manage funding proposals to secure resources
  • Develop online and offline promotion strategies and campaigns
  • Perform other duties as required by supervisor

Requirements

Education and Qualifications

Recognized university graduates in Social Work with a bachelor degree or above

Knowledge and Skills

Experience in training, planning, leading, and debriefing programs

Good written, verbal, and presentation skills in Chinese and English

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Experience in social media platform management is advantageous

Additional Requirements

Perform night or shift duty when necessary
