We are seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our team at JPC Texson Ltd in Europe. As a key member of our merchandising department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies that drive revenue and margins.

Job Duties

  • Plan and implement merchandising strategies that meet customer needs and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with buyers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Liaise with sales teams to communicate product development and order status
  • Negotiate prices and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process
  • Work closely with manufacturers and teammates to source products, manage quotations, and follow up on orders
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and lead times

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in merchandising or a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in English, Chinese, and Mandarin languages
  • Willingness to travel to China or overseas manufacturing locations
