Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Risk Management Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the assigned Casualty portfolio, including major account underwriting, risk assessment, customer engagement, and experience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business and analytic routines to drive production, meet targets effectively, and profitably.
  • Promote AIG Casualty Lines products to international/local brokers and agency, exploring and enhancing strong relationships with producers and distribution partners.
  • Drive product/marketing/service initiatives on traditional and non-traditional channels to deliver targets.
  • Select the risk of insuring a client and determine appropriate premiums and terms and conditions.
  • Conduct trainings, organize sales and marketing events, and handle ad hoc projects for Casualty Lines.
  • Support senior managers in adhering to and embedding the Company's risk policies, Statement of Operating Standards, and any AIG policies, audits, controls, and ERM procedures.

Requirements:

  • University/College graduate, CII, and/or ANZIIF preferred.
  • Knowledge of Casualty products or General Insurance industry is a plus.
  • Insurance market presence with brokers or agents is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver presentations and product trainings.
  • Demonstrated high-level customer service.
  • Good interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset as a team player.
  • 5 years of relevant or commercial experience; having an equivalent combination of education or related experience.
