Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance risk management, anti-money laundering, and transaction monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD)/KYC Procedures: Conduct thorough customer due diligence and know-your-customer (KYC) procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Transaction Monitoring: Conduct and improve transaction monitoring processes to detect and prevent suspicious transactions.
  3. Compliance Risk Reporting: Assist the risk manager in preparing compliance risk and KYC management reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  4. Project Coordination: Assist the risk manager in coordinating and managing assigned compliance risk and KYC projects to ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Risk Assessment: Assist the risk manager in undertaking risk assessments on new product offerings from a compliance risk/anti-money laundering perspective.
  6. Policy Development: Assist the risk manager in formulating and updating compliance risk and KYC policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  1. Education: Degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or relevant disciplines.
  2. Experience: 2 years' experience or above in compliance risk management, anti-money laundering, transaction monitoring, or screening.
  3. Skills: Strong analytical skills and ability to perform independent assessments. Good communication and organization skills.
  4. Language: Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
  5. Professional Qualifications: Professional qualification of CPA or CIA or equivalent; ECF, CFA, FRM, CISA, CSX, ACsP, GIAC, CAMS will be a plus.

This position will be hired under Bank of China (Hong Kong Branch)
