We are currently looking for an Assistant Tea Mixologist to join our team at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for making tea recommendations to guests, maintaining knowledge of various tea brewing techniques, and contributing to the overall success of our Food & Beverage department.
To be considered for this role, applicants should have relevant working experience in the Hotel or F&B industry, preferably with a Tea Artist Certificate and related certification. A strong ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with colleagues and customers is also essential.
