Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced IT Leader to join our team as the IT Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our new IT strategy and digital transformation planning project, ensuring alignment with our technology and business roadmaps.
  • You will support the management of existing strategy planning programs, providing expert advice on industry trends and emerging technologies in banking and finance.
  • In addition, you will work closely with our innovation lab team to design prototypes and research new technologies that can benefit our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the strategic direction of our IT department, ensuring alignment with the bank's overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective IT strategies, processes, and procedures to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale IT projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting their professional development and growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance our products and services.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Information Technology or a related field, with at least 8 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in project management or consultancy roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex IT projects, with a strong understanding of strategy planning, digital transformation, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
