About the Position:
We are seeking a highly experienced Maintenance and Engineering Change Manager to lead our change management efforts. The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of core change management techniques and be proficient in Change Management methodologies such as Prosci's ADKAR.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a change management strategy for the Maintenance and Engineering department.
* Provide training and support to staff members to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
* Collaborate with the Maintenance and Engineering Transformation Manager to ensure that change items are embedded in the training activities.
Requirements:
* At least 10 years of experience in large-scale engineering and IT change management projects.
* Excellent leadership, coaching, and engagement abilities.
* Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
