Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Civil Maintenance Engineer / Infrastructure Project Supervisor / Railway Engineering Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising maintenance works and capital projects to ensure railway civil assets and associated trackside facilities are properly maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, with at least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years at a supervisory level. A degree in civil or related discipline is required, along with good communication and interpersonal skills.

This role involves performing structural inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance, emergency repairs, and updating work procedures. You will also be responsible for undertaking performance monitoring and reporting, contract administration, records management, and system support.

In addition, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor and analyze site-specific conditions, and develop engineering and working drawings for effective project implementation.
