We are currently in search of a qualified professional to join our team as an Insurance Distribution Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for the retail banking life insurance sector, ensuring seamless end-to-end case management while maintaining high sales quality standards.
- Conduct thorough sales quality assessments in a precise, effective, and timely manner.
- Deliver accurate case information to sales personnel to facilitate necessary actions regarding applications.
- Address case inquiries from sales staff with professionalism and expertise.
- Assist in enhancing branch and individual sales quality to exceed quality assurance thresholds through routine case reviews, reinforcement training, and regular reporting.
- Contribute to the growth of the insurance business while ensuring full compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Support additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- A university degree.
- Strong experience in individual life insurance and the retail banking sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in PC skills, particularly Excel (knowledge of VBA/Macro is advantageous); sales experience in retail banking and bancassurance is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team as well as independently on assigned tasks.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on performance.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
