Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Resident Radiation Therapist to join our team at the Hospital Authority. As a key member of our radiotherapy team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to patients undergoing radiotherapy treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a broad portfolio of radiotherapy procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical care.
  • Work collaboratively with the radiotherapy team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest radiotherapy techniques and technologies to provide evidence-based care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and team performance.
Requirements
  • A degree in Radiography (Therapy) from a recognized university or equivalent qualification.
  • A Certificate of Registration (Category T) and a valid Practising Certificate issued by the Radiographers Board, Hong Kong.
  • Fluency in written English and Chinese, as well as spoken English and Cantonese.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to patient care and a strong sense of teamwork.
