About the Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources & Admin Officer to join our team in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all-round HR & admin roles in our HK office, as well as overseeing HR & Admin functions in our Dongguan factory.

  • Report to the Operation Director.
  • Perform all-round HR & admin roles in the HK office.
  • Oversee and monitor HR & admin functions in the Dongguan factory.
  • Degree holder with 8+ years of experience in human resources & office administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturers with factories in China.
  • Supervisory experience is an added advantage.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision required.
  • One trip per week to Dongguan, with the option to return to Hong Kong on the same day.
  • Company shuttle bus provided between Dongguan station and Dongguan factory.
  • 5-day workweek.
