Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources & Admin Officer to join our team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Report to the Operation Director
  • Perform all round HR & admin role of HK office; as well as oversee HR & Admin function of Dongguan factory
  • Lead one HR & Admin Officer to perform full HR & admin role of HK office including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, etc.
  • Oversee & monitor HR & admin function of Dongguan factory

Requirements

  • Degree holder
  • 8+ years experience in human resources & office admin
  • 2+ years experience in manufacturers with factories in China
  • Supervisory experience is a plus
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision required
  • One trip per week to Dongguan (can same day return Hong Kong)

Working Conditions

  • Company shuttle bus provided between Dongguan station & Dongguan factory
  • 5 days work
