As an Airport Permit Specialist, you will work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and effective teamwork, promoting a positive and productive team culture.

Requirements
  • A minimum education level of Form 5 or above (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply), with a strong foundation in administration and database management.
  • Relevant work experience of at least one year is preferred, with a proven track record of managing databases and producing reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, with the ability to create complex documents and presentations.
  • Familiarity with computer systems is highly desirable, with experience working with database software and operating systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong telephone manner are required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • An even temperament and ability to work under pressure are crucial for success in this role, requiring a calm and composed approach to problem-solving.
  • An open personality and ability to work effectively within a close-knit team environment are essential, with a willingness to collaborate and contribute to team goals.
  • A sound understanding of written and spoken English is necessary for effective communication, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
