Job Title: Planning Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning Executive to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Planning Executive, you will play a critical role in scheduling pest control treatment activities, supporting the Sales team, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule pest control treatment activities using our internal scheduling system, ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficient routes.
  • Support the Sales team by prioritizing scheduling within routes to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Receive and address customer communications related to service scheduling requirements, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and complaints.
  • Monitor service delivery status through daily task reviews and re-schedules, assisting service leaders in driving operational efficiency.
  • Complete daily transaction tasks within the internal scheduling system, enabling accurate billing and payment collection.
  • Communicate with service leaders on order processing, logistics, and warehouse operations to ensure seamless route activation.
  • Organize and monitor data of correspondence and records using our internal system.
  • Input and update system data as required.
  • Generate and prepare service reports, as needed, to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or above with 1 year of working experience or a University degree in any discipline, with experience in scheduling or booking in the service industry being an advantage.
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Planning Executive role.
  • Proficient in PC operation, including MS Office and Chinese typing, as well as Google enterprise solutions (Doc, Sheet, Slide).
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail and data sensitivity.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, with spoken and written English proficiency preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a positive working attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
  • Good under pressure and immediate availability is preferred.
