Job Summary

The Account Director will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities with high-end clients, running sales and marketing operations, and planning and executing online advertising and retargeting campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the business
  2. Manage sales and marketing operations, including price strategy, online campaigns, content management, and supply management
  3. Plan and execute online advertising and retargeting campaigns to drive business growth
  4. Research and support in marketing content production for email newsletters and social media channels
  5. Handle social media postings, communicate with influencers, and promote the company brand and products
  6. Provide operational support in marketing and sales promotional campaigns to drive business awareness
  7. Manage multiple projects effectively with attention to detail and process
  8. Assist in ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

  1. Degree holder in Digital Marketing, e-commerce, Advertising, Business, or related disciplines
  2. Proven track record of sales success with a minimum of 5 years' experience in launching and operating digital marketing campaigns and web analytics
  3. Knowledge of digital platforms and web analytics tools
  4. Positive working attitude, independent, efficient, punctual, and well-organized
  5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin is a must
  6. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web savvy
