Job Title: DevOps Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented DevOps Trainee to join our team at Societe Generale Assurances. As a DevOps Trainee, you will be responsible for managing users' requests, investigating and resolving incidents, and collaborating with other IT development and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage users' requests and gather information through different channels
  • Investigate and identify incidents and problems, and propose solutions using technologies Java and C#
  • Collaborate with other IT development and infrastructure teams to ensure the stability of production
  • Monitor application and chain health, and build monitoring using external tools
  • Take initiatives to reduce operational risks and improve efficiency of day-to-day production

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar majors
  • Have good knowledge of Unix and SQL
  • Be capable of understanding and coding with programming languages Java and C#
  • Be willing to learn and able to learn quickly
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a positive mindset and work as a team player
  • Fluent in English is mandatory

What We Offer:

This is a fixed-term 12-month Trainee contract with Societe Generale. You will form part of the team on a full-time basis. In order to apply for the Trainee position, please ensure you have completed your qualification and will be available to work full-time for the duration of the Trainee contract.
