Serving as a senior subject matter expert, you will be the key architect in developing and delivering IT solutions for our clients. As a member of the Technical Consultant Team at TCC Consulting Limited, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and expertise to our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible solutions to meet their needs.

With a focus on delivering high-quality solutions, you will work closely with our customers to understand their technical requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their business needs. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and engineering to ensure seamless execution and successful project outcomes.

As a Technical Consultant Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work on diverse projects, applying your technical skills and knowledge to deliver value to our customers. You will be responsible for identifying customer problems and requirements, and developing solutions that meet their needs. This will involve applying your expertise in Container/K8s or equivalent, as well as your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and audiences.

With a strong focus on customer enablement and deployment, you will work with our customers to facilitate the adoption of open-source solutions, helping them to drive business value and improve their technical capabilities. This will involve developing and delivering training programs, as well as providing ongoing support and guidance to ensure our customers are able to get the most out of their solutions.

As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from small-scale implementations to large-scale transformations. You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality solutions, working closely with our customers and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, with expertise in Container/K8s or equivalent. You will also need to have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and audiences. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of industry practices and Red Hat's policies and procedures, as well as the ability to apply your knowledge and skills to deliver value to our customers.

**Requirements**

  • Experience with and expertise in the implementation of Container/K8s or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate value, progress, and metrics of key projects to required stakeholders and diverse business and technical audiences
  • Ability to define and promote a technology roadmap and journey with our customers
  • Good communication and presentation skills; good written and verbal skills in English
  • Good statement of work (SOW) development and technical discussion skills
  • Experience with continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD), DevOps, and application development is a plus
  • Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE)/Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) qualification or equivalent combination of skills and experience is a plus
