**Job Summary**

Global Executive Consultants Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team in the Trade Finance department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and sustaining the Trade Finance system to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and sustain the Trade Finance system to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations
  • Participate in product and operations workflow design to optimize business processes
  • Collaborate with the IT development team to ensure requirements are fully addressed and supported
  • Design and prepare related documentations, including user requirement specifications, procedure manuals, and system manuals
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation and maintenance

**Requirements**

  • Degree holder in a relevant field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Trade Finance operations and system knowledge
  • Experience in business analysis and project management is highly preferred
  • Able to work independently with good analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel (VBA), PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
