About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer to support our RTI, On-Chain Data Analysis, and PMS teams. The ideal candidate will be able to design and build robust, high-performance internal tools from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-throughput datasets and real-time data updates
  • Collaborate with team members on feature design and development, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Help develop best practices and lead architectural decisions to ensure scalability and reliability
  • Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge
  • Troubleshoot urgent issues and provide timely solutions

Requirements

  • 7+ years full-stack development experience with a strong focus on high-performance systems
  • Experience with high-throughput datasets, including data processing and optimization
  • Strong Python 3 experience and proficiency in modern frontend frameworks such as TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Excellent debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
