Job Summary
The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong invites applications for a research project titled 'A Multifaceted Analysis of Strengthening Stage-specific Support System for Youth Micro-entrepreneurship in Hong Kong'. As a Research Assistant, you will play a crucial role in compiling, reviewing, and synthesizing existing policy initiatives to support the research framework.

About the Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Research Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating engagement activities with various stakeholders, conducting both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analyses, and assisting in scheduling, coordinating team meetings, and tracking progress.

Key Responsibilities
• Compile, review, and synthesize existing policy initiatives to support the research framework
• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative data collection and analyses, utilizing appropriate statistical software as necessary
• Facilitate and coordinate engagement activities with various stakeholders, such as setting up meetings, preparing discussion guides, and documenting the outcomes of these engagements
• Assist in scheduling, coordinating team meetings, and tracking progress

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree, preferably a master's degree in management, entrepreneurship, or social sciences, and at least 2 years of experience in conducting content and quantitative analysis. You should also possess a strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, and be passionate about conducting academic research.
