Job Title: Treasury Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Officer to join our team at the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting treasury and payment operations, preparing bank reconciliation and payment instructions, and monitoring liquidity position and managing the Authority's bank accounts and loan administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support treasury and payment operations, including cash management and liquidity monitoring.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and payment instructions to ensure accurate and timely payments.
  • Monitor and manage the Authority's bank accounts and loan administration to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts, treasury reports, and treasury-related accounting entries to inform financial decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of treasury, payment, and cash collection solutions in the District.
  • Perform administrative tasks and other duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in treasury and/or accounting.
  • Experience in treasury systems and electronic banking is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
