Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team in the Asia Pacific region. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating treasury activities, collaborating with commercial and supply chain teams, and driving high investment returns through cash flow monitoring and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate treasury activities in the Asia Pacific region, collaborating with commercial and supply chain teams.
  • Drive high investment returns through monitoring and analysis of cash flows, reducing idle cash levels, and investing surpluses in interest-bearing instruments.
  • Oversee and direct foreign exchange activities, including executing FX forward contracts, capturing deals, and initiating FX settlement on Kyriba.
  • Perform and recommend actions on cash flow forecast analysis using TMS (Kyriba) and Excel.
  • Oversee bank account management, including coordinating with local offices to reduce non-relationship bank accounts and ensure only relevant operating bank accounts are maintained.
  • Govern the users and entitlements matrix of e-banking platforms.
  • Design processes for bank guarantees, including continuous improvement of workflow and ownership of end-to-end processes.
  • Diagnose and recommend cash management-related inquiries with internal and external parties and banks.
  • Research, consolidate, and analyze data used in regional treasury operational decisions and drive improvements in corporate treasury processes.
  • Advise the Head of APAC Treasury on driving global and regional initiatives and projects.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Developing level of knowledge and skills, typically 2-5 years of related experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience with Treasury Management System, cash pooling arrangement, e-banking administrator role, and SAP.
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
