Key Responsibilities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Enterprise Solution Architects, Application Managers, and Solution Analysts to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Solution Design and Implementation: Design and implement business solutions that are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of SAP solutions, including SAP S4HANA and other ERP applications.
  • Leadership and Communication: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Solution Architects and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Business Acumen: Understand the company's business processes and functions, and be able to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.
  • Technical Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in technology and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the Technology & Architecture team to drive business and technology innovation.
Requirements
  • Education: University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on HANA solutioning experience in large-scale strategic programs or projects.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge in SAP Technical Areas, 3rd Party integration, Cloud Integration, API Management.
  • Architectural Experience: Architectural experience of at least one S4 HANA landscape.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders up to the executive level.
  • Business Acumen: Ability to translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.
  • Technical Innovation: Passion and ability to learn new technologies.
