Essential Duties:

  • Offer expert advice on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Deliver impeccable assistance with luggage and vehicle transfers
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence with precision
  • Engage with guests through empathetic listening and informed responses
  • E nsure seamless distribution of bell-related responsibilities across the team

Necessary Qualifications:

  • A degree in Hospitality or Tourism is beneficial
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in a high-end hotel setting is necessary
  • Mastery of English, Putonghua, and Cantonese languages is crucial
  • Unparalleled interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities are vital
