Join Classy Wheeler Limited, a pioneering IoT solutions company, as we seek a seasoned Senior R&D Manager to spearhead our Product Development Team in Shenzhen.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Lead the Product Development Team, comprising Cloud, App, Embedded Software, Hardware, and Mechanical Design teams.
  2. Authorize Performance-Related Bonuses for Development Team members.
  3. Guarantee timely delivery of new products to market according to agreed schedules and budgets.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product specifications, development targets, schedules, and budgets.
  5. Develop systems architecture and test plans for new products.
  6. Oversee project synchronization, including planning, resources, reporting, risks, test/validation, equipment organization, and budget management.
  7. Ensure product development homogeneity, ensuring milestones and budgets are met or exceeded.
  8. Develop technology roadmaps aligned with the Company's strategic objectives.
  9. Communicate technical information to customers, supporting Sales Teams in closing deals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
  2. Minimum 10 years' experience in product development, with at least 5+ years in a managerial role; experience with wireless communication products/systems is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams towards shared goals.
  4. Good team player with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to introduce new products.
  5. Hands-on approach, willing to 'walk the job' and provide practical guidance to subordinates.
  6. Strong leadership and reporting skills, organized, and able to multi-task.
  7. Self-motivated and able to persevere, especially in challenging situations.
  8. Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Practical experience with Cloud and App-based product development or embedded products for communication applications would be advantageous.
  10. Excellent language skills in English are essential.
  11. Working experience in PRC is required.
