The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and contractors to deliver high-quality projects that meet our company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies that support business growth.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout the design process.
  • Foster relationships with external parties to ensure high-quality work.
  • Oversee project design and planning, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
  • Review brand, contract, and timeline management.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Department Head.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience; hotel/resort project experience is preferred.
  • Candidates with overseas project experience are also welcome.
  • Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and a good team player.
  • Good command of English and Chinese.
