Technical Program Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to provide organizational support for our engineering initiatives. As a key member of our technology group, you'll work closely with engineers to design, deploy, and optimize our trading technology.
Your responsibilities will include leading projects through their entire lifecycle, from defining goals and timelines to tracking milestones and managing developer time. You'll also communicate project schedules, priorities, and status updates to the larger organization.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a strategic mindset. You'll collaborate with various teams, including developers, business teams, operations, and support, as well as external financial entities.
We operate in a flexible problem-solving environment that encourages innovation and creativity. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll have the opportunity to think outside the box and develop processes and tools that drive project success.
This role offers a unique chance to gain insight into a broad cross-section of the global market as you work to improve our trading systems. About You- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is preferred, but we're also excited to talk to individuals with industry experience and technical know-how.
- Experience working directly with engineering teams and managing software development projects is essential.
- Proficiency in project management planning tools, such as Jira or spreadsheets, is required.
- You'll need to be able to describe complex problems with brevity and accuracy, handle competing priorities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are a must.
- Fluency in English is required.
