Job Description

Madison Pearl is seeking a highly skilled Liabilities Head - Commercial Banking Division to join our team.

This is a key leadership role that requires expertise in business development and sales, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships across institutional and high-net-worth investors.

The bank's established global presence in commercial banking offers services such as trade finance, commercial loans, money markets, and treasury. As a leader in this division, you will promote these services and work towards increasing cash deposits.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Leading the division and overseeing the growth and management of cash deposits
  • Pursuing new business opportunities
  • Managing relationships with institutional and HNW investors

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in financial services, preferably in commercial banking or investment banking
  • A strong network of financial services professionals in Greater China, particularly connections with family offices, UHNW & HNW wealth managers, private banking, asset management, and private equity
  • A proven track record of securing new investments from these sources
  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English
