We are a global leader in financial technology, dedicated to providing innovative solutions for wealth management and insurance planning. We seek a talented Insurance Planning Consultant to join our Hong Kong team and support our mission of delivering exceptional financial services to high-net-worth clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct client interviews and financial analyses to identify the needs of high-net-worth clients in areas such as protection, wealth inheritance, and tax planning, and develop tailored overseas asset allocation solutions that align with their risk preferences and investment goals.
- Independently manage the full sales cycle, including needs assessment, product recommendations, client onboarding, and long-term service delivery.
- Organize exclusive events and thematic activities, maintain close relationships with internal and external partners, and drive the planning and execution of marketing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Achieve business targets through strong client engagement skills and sales expertise, promote business growth, and maintain client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and brand influence.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and other business teams to continuously improve systematic workflows and support the innovation of digital marketing tools.
Requirements:
- Valid Hong Kong Insurance Intermediary License (Type 1 & 3 activities).
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; candidates with CFP, CPA, STEP, or FRM certifications are preferred; knowledge of cross-border taxation and family trusts is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in wealth management or insurance sales, with a proven track record of serving high-net-worth clients and a deep understanding of the Hong Kong insurance market and products.
- Strong judgment, excellent interpersonal skills, clear and fluent communication abilities, quick learning capacity, a collaborative team spirit, and a mindset for innovation.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism; fluent or native Mandarin and English as working languages; fluency in Cantonese is a plus.
