Talent Nexus Co. is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of our plant equipment, control systems, and building services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment reliability and longevity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in maintenance of mechanical, instruments, or electrical systems, with 3 years' experience at supervisory level or above. You should possess strong leadership skills in managing maintenance teams and subcontractors to conduct various maintenance tasks.

We are looking for someone who is detail-minded, responsive, and possesses good communication and people management skills. Proficiency in CMMS software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
  • Member of a professional institution preferred (e.g., HKIE, IEE & IMechE).
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards in Hong Kong.
  • Good command of spoken and written skills in both English and Chinese.
