Technical Director, Geotechnical Responsibilities: Control and management of the whole life cycle of the projects in the Geotechnical Team Working within a multi-discipline team of engineers, technicians and other professionals to develop engineering designs from concept to detailed design and specifications Liaise with Clients in relation to project progress, decisions and changes to ensure deliverables are met and produced on time and budget Be a team leader to develop and grow the team with P&L responsibilities Attend design meetings, site meetings and all other project related meetings Responsible for business proposal/tendering and commercial negotiations Seek for business opportunities across APAC regions proactively Requirements: Bachelor's degree with professional qualification in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering or other related disciplines Membership of HKIE (G) or other equivalent professional bodies Solid experience in the management of Landslip Prevention and Mitigation Programme or similar projects is highly preferred Registered Geotechnical Engineer (RGE) qualification is an advantage At least 12 years' experience post qualification experience in design / construction management of Geotechnical works Good interpersonal and technical skills and the ability to deliver schemes to a high technical standard on time and within budget Strong communication skills and confidence to liaise and develop long term relationships with clients to ensure the commercial and technical success of projects Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
