Chubb Life is seeking a Customer Advocacy Lead to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to handle customer enquiries and advocate on behalf of our customers to ensure their needs are met.
This includes representing the company as an ambassador to internal and external clients, responding to policy information, company procedures, rules, and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and be able to provide accurate information and explanations to customers.
In addition, the Customer Advocacy Lead will be responsible for providing recommendations to streamline procedures, collaborating with the team manager to achieve mutual understanding within the department, and creating a harmonious working environment.
