- Project Planning and Control: Plan, monitor, and control the implementation of projects.
- Emergency Response: Respond to any emergencies that occur and report to superiors promptly.
- Education: Higher Diploma or above in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
- Experience: 5 years' experience in banking or financial industry, with 2 years on supervisory level. Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions.
- Certifications: Six Sigma Green Belt holder or above is an advantage.
- Skills: Good knowledge of Personal Data Privacy Ordinance, banking law, and credit card business relevant Regulatory governance is a definite advantage.
- Personal Qualities: Mature, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and willing to take challenges.
- Technical Skills: Strong organizational, analytical, time management skills, and risk awareness. Proficient in PC applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
- Language Skills: Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
