Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Morrison Express.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of accounting duties, including data entry, payment preparation, accounts payable settlement, and account reconciliation.

They will also support the account payable month-end and year closing, liaise with internal and external audit requirements, respond to inquiries from vendors and internal stakeholders, and prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis.

To succeed in this role, you will need a diploma or above in Accounting or relevant disciplines, 1-2 years of accounting experience, and proficiency in computer skills, particularly MS Office Excel.

You will also require excellent command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, attention to detail, analytical skills, and a willingness to learn.
