The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Product Owner, driving the development of data-driven solutions for supply chain risk management. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the EiQ platform and support responsible sourcing for global clients. You will work closely with engineering teams to break down development work into manageable tasks and milestones. You will organize and coordinate the delivery timeline to ensure on-time completion and resource allocation. You will lead Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure alignment and quality throughout the delivery cycle. You will monitor progress, address impediments, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive successful product releases. You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and other functional stakeholders to prepare for product launches and maximize market adoption. You will collect and analyze user feedback to inform continuous product improvement and iterate on the development lifecycle.

Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require 3+ years of experience as a Digital Product Owner/Manager. You will have experience with digital products and Agile/Scrum methodologies. You will have led cross-functional teams and managed complex solutions. You will be an excellent problem solver, with notions or exposure to PQA (Problem-solving, questioning Analysis) methodologies. You will possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
