  • Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of the Financial Accounting Division, you will be tasked with performing independent audits and validations to guarantee the precision of regulatory submissions and adherence to relevant laws and guidelines.
  • Preparation of financial statements for banking institutions and publicly listed entities, formulation of accounting policies, and involvement in various accounting initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A university degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • A qualified accountant with a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting within the banking sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements, including HKMA guidelines, banking returns, and listing regulations.
  • Experience with the implementation of accounting systems is advantageous.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a capacity to perform under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese.
