Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Management Professional to join our team in Hong Kong.

About the Role:

As a Senior Asset Management Professional, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day property management of a mixed portfolio. This includes preparing property budgets, monthly reports, and meeting minutes, as well as liaising with landlords and tenants on tenancy management matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the provision of high-quality asset management services to clients;
  • Prepare and manage property budgets, financial reports, and other related documents;
  • Liaise with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth tenancy management;
  • Attend meetings with clients, colleagues, and other parties as required;

Requirements:

  • Degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field;
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in property management;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Good command of English and Cantonese, with Mandarin an advantage;
