Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Data Management Associate to join our team at Projob21 Ltd. as a Client Data Management Associate, Global Private Bank.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of client data in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Review and maintain account opening documentation and data to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Act as a liaison between front office, business management, KYC, and compliance teams to facilitate seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Provide expert advice and resolution on new and periodic client documentation-related inquiries.
  • Support regional ad-hoc projects and initiatives aimed at automating and digitalizing processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in account opening documentation and maintenance, preferably in an international private bank.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with knowledge of Avaloq being a plus.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements, including HKMA and AML regulations.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and business partners to provide daily operational support, including trade matching/confirmation, investment operations/settlement, and resolving trade discrepancies for multi-asset investment products.
  • Ensure timely and accurate transaction/operation processes by regulatory and corporate governance standards.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to promote operational efficiency and facilitate the successful transformation of the trading system.
  • Process daily cash/cheque payments and remittances, requiring liaison with internal/external counterparts across the region.
  • Resolve transaction issues in a timely manner and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assume the role of deputy team leader to oversee daily in/out cash/cheque payments, requiring liaison with internal/external counterparts across the region.
  • Drive periodic procedural reviews and system automation to support regulatory and new product changes.
