Job Description

  • We are seeking an experienced Senior Support Analyst to join our team in Hong Kong or Singapore offices, where you will be responsible for application support of Wealth Management and Brokerage business.
  • Your primary focus will be on ensuring software quality and smooth operations, as well as supporting System Integration Test and User Acceptance Test.
  • You will prepare technical documentation and perform business analysis and project management tasks.
  • In addition, you will collect user requirements, analyze, and propose solutions.
  • Liaise with vendors and in-house development teams to implement IT solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines.
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in Brokerage or banks.
  • Experience with Wealth Management technologies is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Hands-on experience with support of trading and settlement systems for securities, futures, options, bonds, mutual funds, and structured products.
  • Familiarity with Internet trading and Mobile trading system support.
  • Proficiency in SQL.
  • Knowledge of SAS is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills, as well as excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
