About Your Role

This key position requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of client needs, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions to drive business success in the digital landscape.

  • Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Gain insight into clients' business objectives, challenges, and goals, delivering tailored strategies to enhance their digital presence.
  • Act as a creative storyteller, leveraging technology, branding, and innovation to promote clients' brands.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities for leveraging web3, VR, AR, and immersive technologies.
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative digital campaigns, staying at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Oversee project delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Communicate effectively between clients, internal teams, and external vendors.
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities, showcasing thought leadership.
  • Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and professional development.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in client-facing roles within digital marketing, AdTech, MarTech, or advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English languages.
  • Extensive track record in managing regional and global accounts.
  • Strong expertise in web3, VR, AR, and immersive technologies, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate client relationships, focusing on account management and client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, conveying complex ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading digital projects from start to finish, including project planning, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles, industry trends, and innovations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, extracting insights from data and providing recommendations.
  • Collaborative mindset, working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating organizational and time management skills.
What We Offer

We provide a competitive salary range of HKD 85,000 - 100,000 per month, reflecting the company's commitment to attracting top talent.
