Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Sino Hotels. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operation of the company kitchen, including staff supervision, inventory management, and food quality control.

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a minimum of 10 years' experience in Guangdong or Chinese cuisine restaurants. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. A good command of English and Cantonese is required, with Putonghua being an asset.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operation of the company kitchen
  • Perform and manage reception duties independently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Guangdong or Chinese cuisine restaurant
  • Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, enthusiastic, proactive, and motivated
  • 5 years housekeeping operational experience with at least 3 years in supervisory role
  • Good command of English and Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus

Work Schedule:

  • 5-day work week
  • Daily 8.5 working hours
  • Fixed Straight Shift Duty
  • Fixed Sundays Off
