Credit Card Lending Professional

Drive credit card portfolio and lending activities by leading the planning and formulation of credit card lending acquisition, portfolio, and product strategy for digital channels. Enhance customer experience and drive card lending volume growth.

Main Accountabilities:
  1. Implement high-quality product and digital channel development and execute lending marketing campaigns to achieve business goals.
  2. Manage stakeholders, including frontline teams, Compliance, Digital team, and external partners, to deliver successful outcomes.
  3. Analyse data to improve customer segmentation and drive innovative marketing initiatives, increasing sales and revenue.
  4. Develop and execute credit card personal loan card portfolio/lending acquisition programs to ensure product competitiveness.
  5. Provide expert recommendations on products and new initiatives, reviewing product specifications and requirements to inform strategic decisions.
  6. Plan and launch new initiatives, integrating product requirements and timelines with relevant counterparts.
  7. Analyse launched initiative results, preparing post-launch evaluation and reports to monitor business performance.
  8. Enhance the digital User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) and process workflow, reducing turnaround time and improving efficiency.
  9. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to implement initiatives, system enhancements, and resolve regular and ad hoc system/control/compliance issues.
