Software Development Postdoctoral Associate

OLAB HK Limited is seeking a talented Senior Researcher Officer/Postdoctoral Fellow to join its team in Sports Technology Development. As a key member of the research team, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions for sports technology and product development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing sports performance and biomechanics data collected by research-grade equipment to develop software solutions for internal research and testing activities and sportswear development projects.
You will lead the development of novel analysis methods and digital pipelines to accelerate the development and upgrade of company services and products. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining a data analysis system, including a database, ready for big data analysis to generate insightful ideas for sports product development.
To be considered for this role, you must have a Ph.D. degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a highly relevant discipline. At least 3 years of relevant research experience in an academic research institute or sports product industry is also required.
Additional requirements include:
Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Python or C++
- Experience in AI algorithm development for sports applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team atmosphere
