Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant with a focus on the retail industry to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting, bank and account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting, bank and account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Collaboration with Retail Stores: Collaborate with retail stores to ensure seamless accounting operations.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to special projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • Qualifications: CPA qualification is required.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing full set of accounts, general ledger, month-end closing, budgeting and forecasting, bank and account reconciliations, and financial reporting, within the retail industry.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of international accounting principles, advanced computer skills in MS Excel and Word, knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle ERP system is a plus.
  • Language: Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
  • Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, eager to grow within a dynamic organization.
  • Availability: Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
